When it comes to the weekend, nothing beats a great curry! The dishes we cook vary, but these are some of our favourite vegan and meat dishes to serve together. This works for a family meal or when you have friends over.
Menu - Indian Curry Night Feast
Serve with rice, naan bread and mango chutney.
Greek yoghurt optional for non-vegans.
Note: it isn't necessary to prepare all vegetable dishes. Depending on the time available and the number of people you are cooking for you can reduce the number of dishes you prepare down. The chick pea curry alone (especially when cooked with the spinach and pepper) is perfectly sufficient alongside the chicken curry and rice.
