Sausage casserole made with either meat or vegan/vegetarian sausages.
The recipe is particularly easy because you can make one vegetable base, and split that between the the vegan/vegetarian sausages (in one pan) and pork sausages (in the other pan).
Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
