I came across this award winning Christmas Puddings made by the food entrepreneur, Alison Lilly, and wanted to share it with you. Ali has developed a fabulous range of gift wrapped Christmas puddings - the range includes a traditional, a gluten free and a vegan friendly (plant-based) pudding, so there's something for everyone.
The vegan-friendly pudding is gluten free, contains over 50% fruit and has a reduced added sugar content of 5% as an ingredient which is less than half that used by commercial producers.
